Covid-19 Protocols & Procedures

An intake form will be emailed including specific Covid-19 questions to be filled out

A virtual consultation will be set up before your appointment to review the intake and so I can see your face and yours mine

Please be on time and leave extra time for possibly waiting for the elevator and using the bathroom

You will be required to wear a mask the entire time. Your mask must be over your nose snugly and covering your mouth the entire time. If you think you will be uncomfortable lying face down with a mask let us know and we can try another option or put you on your side with a mask. We are happy to also provide you with a mask. Your therapist will also be wearing a mask the entire time.

Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and needs to be under 100.4 to continue. If it is above 100.4 you will be asked to reschedule and still be responsible for paying for the appointment

You will be required to wash your hands upon arrival. We have a sink with hot water and hand sanitizer

After you undress and right before getting on the table please sanitize your hands

Talking will be limited during the session. Please do not hesitate to speak up if you are uncomfortable in any way, including pressure and temperature.

We are a wealth of information and usually love to talk to you, get to know you, answer all your questions, give resources and more. We will do all that, just not in the office.

After the session, I am very accessible virtually or via email, text and phone for any questions and to set up your next appointment

Payments can be made via Venmo, Paypal, credit card and cash in an envelope

Please bring your own water with you and any hair ties and eye mask

We are spacing out clients so there will only be you and the therapist in the office.

We will be thoroughly disinfecting everything before, after and in between every client. We will use a UV Disinfection Lamp and our IQAir Purifier which has HyperHEPA filtration will be on all the time.
