Our goal is to help you succeed in your breastfeeding journey.  We are not here to judge your ideal plan, but to help you achieve your goals with confidence.

Janet is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) which is the gold standard in lactation care. The consultation will be catered to you and your baby's needs. We will figure out any problems and concerns and come up with a care plan that works for you. Also included is some infant craniosacral and massage and exercises for your baby In addition, as a massage therapist I can teach you how to massage your baby and yourself. We can incorporate gentle breast massage and lymphatic drainage and even give you a well deserved postpartum massage after our consult.

Janet is the only Licensed Massage Therapist and IBCLC in NYC. Having a license to touch gives the opportunity to be more hands on and incorporate bodywork in every consultation.

 

 We can see you in your home or you can come to our Noho, NYC or Park Slope, Brooklyn office. 

An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is the highest level credential for health care professionals who specialize in the clinical management of breastfeeding. IBCLCs are certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners, Inc. (IBLCE) The IBLCE certification is recognized as the Gold Standard for health professionals working with breastfeeding women.
